1. Standard Returns

We accept returns on standard automotive window films and vinyl wraps within 2 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uncut, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all branded boxes (20", 40", or 60" sizes) and labels.

Please note that any rolls that have been partially unrolled, cut, or installed are strictly non-refundable.

2. Defective Products & Quality Rejections

We stand by the quality of our manufacturing. If you receive a batch that fails to meet promised specifications, shows manufacturing defects, or is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a dispute claim.

• You must notify us of any defects within 14 days of receiving your order.
• We will require photographic evidence of the defect and your original invoice to process a replacement or credit.
• Once the defect is verified, we will cover the return shipping costs for the rejected batch.

3. Custom Orders

All single-color individual orders and custom-manufactured color runs are considered final sale. Because these items are produced specifically to your individual requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products unless they arrive with a verified manufacturing defect.

4. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

For all standard returns not related to manufacturing defects, a 25% restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for large film rolls, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees or original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
